Payment
Policy: One half of the amount of your reservation is due to secure your room. The balance of your bill is due upon arrival at AmaTierra. Your deposit is payable online by our secure server using Visa, MasterCard or American Express, or by direct deposit. You may also fax your credit card number to 011-506-2419-0110 or CALL 1-866-659-3805. Please do not email credit card information but instead use fax or the secure server on our website.
Cancellation Policy: If you must Cancel your reservation, please do so at least 30 days before the date of your arrival. Otherwise, you will be charged 50% of your total for a cancellation 15 - 30 days before reservation date, and 100% of your total if your reservation is cancelled 14 days or less before the reservation date. In case of cancellation 31 days or more before date of arrival, there will be a $25 per room charge to your credit card.
Payment Policy

Events: One half amount of total is due at time of registration, payable by Visa, Mastercard or American Express on our secure server or by calling or faxing your credit card number. Direct deposit option is also available. The balance of your fee is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Events:
Much planning goes into providing the best possible retreat week. If you must cancel your reservation, please do so at least 60 days before the date of your arrival. Otherwise, you will be charged 50% of your total for a cancellation 30-60 days before reservation date, and 100% of your total if your reservation is cancelled 30 days or less before the reservation date. In case of cancellation 61 days or more before date of arrival, there will be a $25 per room charge to your credit card.
