Schedule for Plant Lover Retreat.

Thurs, Feb 16th:

• Arrive at amatierra.
• 5 pm Introductions and Orientation.
• 7 pm Dinner.

Friday, Feb 17th:

• 7:30 a.m Yoga (optional, $12).
• 8:30 a.m Breakfast on the Balcony.
• 10:00 a.m Medicinal Plant Tour of AmaTierra.
• 1:00 pm Lunch, followed by free time to relax, siesta, or Schedule wellness services.
• 3:30 pm The Power of Tropical Plants, an Overview Including the basics of herbal medicine (yoga studio).

Saturday, 18th:

• 7:30 am Breakfast.
• 8:15 am Depart for the Ark Herb Farm Field Tour, with lunch ;Late Afternoon, Return to AmaTierra.
  ;Primer on Herbal Medicine for new, local students (all welcome).
• 7:00 pm ; Dinner Music! Salsa & Meringue Dancing! It’s Saturday Night!

Sunday, 19th:

• 8:00 am Yoga (optional, $12) or breakfast on your own.
• 10:00 am Plant tour for Newcomers & gather plants for tea/tinctures.
• 11:00 am Making Teas; Tinctures; (AmaTierra’s Kitchen).
• 1:00 pm Lunch, Afternoon free to relax, siesta, or schedule wellness services (Locals depart 2:30 pm).
• 5:00 pm Meditation Walk in the Forest.
• 7:00 pm Dinners.

Monday, 20th:

• 7:30 Yoga (optional, $12).
• 8:30 Breakfast.
• 9:30 Depart for Beach Day! Lunch in Jaco Beach, See Crocodiles on the way home!
• 7:00 Dinner ; Closing Circle.

Tuesday, 21th:

• Feeling Refreshed and filled with the Spirits of the Green Nation and the Pura Vida.

Life Force, return to your home base, OR continue your Costa Rican journey!
