Meet Chelsea — Breathwork Facilitator, Retreat Host, and Founder of Embodied Breath Training.

Chelsea is on a mission to help women come home to themselves — through community, sisterhood, and the kind of soul-deep self-trust that unlocks clarity, energy, and aligned manifestation. After experiencing her own profound transformation over the last nine years, Chelsea now creates nurturing, safe spaces for others to experience what’s possible when they release stress and remember their worth.
