Get back to your authentic self by being immersed in the energy of the Costa Rican jungle.  Here you will be guided with yoga, breathwork, Reiki and movement designed to re-set your nervous system and, in a safe communal setting, enahance your sense of Self-Love.

Haley is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach with an advanced accreditation in Hormonal Health who offers events, experiences and retreats for women wanting to improve their health and connect more deeply with themselves,

Carly is a certified Reiki master, sound practitioner, and health coach, with a passion for guiding and empowering others in their healing journey. With a degree in Psychology and experience in energy medicine, Carly hosts women’s retreats to help others find purpose and meaning through radical self-love and self-discovery.
