Itinerary:
Day 1
- Your journey begins by being transported from San Jose Airport by private car, one hour to AmaTierra Retreat where you can relax, have a wonderful organic dinner on the balcony.
Day 2
- Awaken to the sound of birds and make your way to a breathtaking open-air yoga studio for morning practice, eat fresh organic fruits, home-grown eggs and our famous “gallo pinto” for breakfast, hike the trails, and enjoy a massage.
Day 3
- After breakfast, depart for nearby Turubari Park for a guided tour and the exhilarating “zipline” adventure where you will safely soar over the rainforest canopy, creating memories and laughter –a Costa Rican must-do experience! Return to AmaTierra for sunset meditation or yoga, and another delicious dinner on the balcony.
Day 4
- Morning Yoga, followed by breakfast. Depart for Colores del Pacifico to arrive by lunch time. Spend a beautiful afternoon by the pool, Enjoy a private Yoga or Qi gong class and watch the sunset in to the Pacific Ocean. Dine at one of many fine restaurants in the area.
Day 5
- 7.30 AM : Breakfast overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
- 9 AM : Enjoy one of the many activities we offer. (additional fees apply) (Horseback riding on the beach, a catamaran tour with snorkeling, surfing lessons, diving, golfing, paddleboarding, a tour of the most beautiful beaches of the area,…)
- 1 PM : Lunch overlooking the ocean at Colores del Pacifico.
- 3 PM : Enjoy a relaxing and healing wellness service by our professional therapists.
- 6 PM : Enjoy a cool drink by the pool and watch the wonderful Costa Rican sunset.

Day 6

- 9 AM : Enjoy a long walk on the beach sourrounded by nature.

- 3 PM : Enjoy an adventurous afternoon or just relax by the pool.
- 5 PM : Yoga Class and meditation at sunset.

Day 7
- 7.30 AM : Breakfast overlooking the Pacific ocean.
- 9 AM : Enjoy a surfing lesson at gorgeous Grande beach.
